Biography

Note

The daughter of Harry L. Darling and Julia F. Harding is Doris Emiline Darling. I know this to be true from a certified copy of her death certificate. She was born December 15, 1920 in Auburn, Maine. She had at least two siblings, Donald and Vivian. On March 17, 1932 she married Edward J. Dame who was of Auburn at the time but who was born in Hoosick Falls, Rensselaer, Ny (son of Edward Dame and Lucy Arbour). She died on November 5, 1970 in Brunswick, Cumberland County, ME. She is buried at the Forest City Cemetery in South Portland, Maine.
Most of the children of Doris Emiline Darling and Edward Dame are still living. Doris Darling was my great grandmother.
Sincerely, Ginger Sicari
