Biography

William Darnell was born approx 1830 in Ireland to John Darnell and Honoria Keary. ^{[1] [2]} He lived in Kent, England aft 1836 and bef 1851, working as a Mariner in Yarmouth in 1851. ^{[2] [1]}

William Darnell married Sophia Louisa Holloway on 11 March 1862. ^{[3] [4]}

They had six children, Mary Ann Sarah Darnell, William John Darnell, Amy Sophia Darnell, Frederick Thomas Darnell, Alice May Darnell and Henry Charles Darnell.

He passed away on 18th of December 1917 In Petersham, Sydney. ^{[5] [6]}
