Biography
Edward Darnell was born about 1872 in Missouri, USA. as the son of Aaron and Mary.[1]
In 1880, he was 8 years old and living in Lebanon, Laclede, Missouri with his parents, Aaron (42) and Mary (32), and siblings Esther Darnell (1865-1887) (14), William Henry Darnell (1869-1940) (10), Lillie May (Darnell) Dieterich (1874-1923) (6), and Florence (Darnell) Knudson (1876-1956), aka "Flora" (4). [1] Sibling Edith Belle (Darnell) Tripp (1871-1954) (9) was not named as living with them in 1880.
Research Notes
DEATH: 1880 Census is the ONLY source found for him - he is living with the family in Missouri in 1880. NO date of death or location has been found.
MISSING SIBLING:
- The 1880 US Census did NOT show sibling Edith Belle (Darnell) Tripp (1871-1954), as living with the family in 1880. Her whereabouts in 1880 has yet to be determined. At age 9 - where was she?
