Mary Davenport was born in about 1796 and baptised on 1st May 1796 in Walsgrave on Sowe, Warwickshire, England. She was the daughter of William Davenport and Alice Greasley. ^[1][2]

In 1841, Mary and John White were living in Sowe, Warwickshire. Their son, Thomas (21) was living with them, as was Samuel Hodin (21). ^[4]

In 1851, John White (59) and wife, Mary (55) had one son, Thomas (31) living with them in Sowe. ^[5]

In 1861, Mary White (64, a widowed silk weaver) and her son Thomas (41, a cordwainer) were living in Sowe, Warwickshire. ^[6]

In 1871, Mary White (75, a widowed silk weaver) and her son, Thomas (51, a shoemaker) were still living in Sowe, Warwickshire, England, United Kingdom. ^[7]

There is a death of a Mary White (82) in Foleshill and Sowe in Q4 of 1871. The age is out, but Mary disappeared after 1871 and there were no other deaths in the district of a person the right age, called Mary White, so I believe it is the right person, especially given the fact she spent her whole life in Sowe. ^[8][9]
