Biography

Mark was born in 1856. He was the son of James David and Almira Neff.

He was living with his parents in Monguagon, Wayne, Michigan in 1860.^[1]

He married Anne M. Kleinschmidt on 18 June 1902 in King county, Washington.^[2] They had three children.

They were in Seattle, King, Washington in 1910.^[3]

In 1920 and 1930, they were in San Jose, Santa Clara, California.^[4][5]

He passed away in 1939.^[6]
