Amos Davies born May 27, 1719, in Goshen Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania and married Ann Pratt, daughter of Joseph Pratt and Sarah Edward, about 1745 at either Newtown Monthly Meeting or Goshen Monthly Meeting. Their children were Sarah and Benjamin Davies.
