Mr. John Davies, one of the oldest settlers at Coromandel, died on Saturday at the age of 77. He leaves a widow and three daughters, Mrs. Barry , and Mrs. Whitburn, of Auckland, and Mrs. Main, of Opotiki.

OBITUARY.

MRS. MARY DAVIES.

Mrs. Mary Davies, who died at Coromandel on Thursday, at the age of 83, was an old colonist, having arrived in New Zealand with her parents in 1852. She had lived in Coromandel ever since her marriage to the late Mr. John Davies. She is survived by three daughters.
