Angelina Pearce/Humphries was born on 18 August 1859 at Concord, New South Wales, Australia [1][2] the daughter of 16 years old Elizabeth Pearce and a sailor Alfred Humphries. Elizabeth and Alfred doid not marry.
Her mother Elizabeth Pearce was in a relationship with William Davis/Davies in about 1863 when her half brother Robert Davis was born.
Angelina's daughter, Elizabeth Mary Ann Davis, was born on 25 September 1882 at Camden, New South Wales, Australia with no mention of who the father was [3].
She married Simon Tolmie on 10 February 1885 at St David's Church, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia [4] and their children were Simon William Tolmie, Myrtle (Tolmie) Jones, Ivy Tolmie, Osmond Tolmie, Oliver J Tolmie, Nicholas P Tolmie, Charles R E Tolmie, Angelina Tolmie and Alexander Tolmie.
Simon had been employed by the Colonial Sugar Refining Company and was working in Suva, Fiji, when he died from a bronchial complaint in November 1905 [5].
Angelina then married George William Cooper on 25 November 1907 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia [6].
Angelina died on 19 August 1951 at 20 Loloma St., Cabramatta, New South Wales, Australia [7][8][9].

News has been received from Fiji of the death of Mr Simon Tolmie, late of Jindiandy, Shoalhaven. The deceased, who went to Fiji under engagement with the Colonial Sugar Refining Company, died at Suva in November last from a bronchial complaint. His relatives here received a report that he was dead only a few weeks ago, and last week a letter confirmed the report. Miss T. Kennedy, who is here on a visit from Fiji, has also confirmed the report.
