They had 8 children born to them in the Detroit / Windsor area and then moved to River Raisin about 1794 where 4 more children were born.

Louis Basile Cousineau died and was buried 10 Sep 1804 at St Antoine Cemetery at River Raisin.[4]

Marie Francoise Davignon next married Jean Francois Toupin dit Dusault 28 May 1805 at St Antoine, River Raisin.[5]

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Françoise by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Françoise:

I re-added the 1830 census which I had previously added then deleted after the 18 Sep 1805 death from FAG. Although her FAG profile was created in 2010, I believe the death date was added more recently.

Sorry I didn't notice the comments until now.

HI, Justin, there is a discrepancy between the death date on FAG and the death date in this profile. FAG is unsourced. Your note about she is probably living with her son seems more likely. I could not find the source or original record for that census entry. Could you add it to the profile?

Hi Cindy. Unfortunately I do not have the source. Most/all of the information has been provided by previous owners of this profile. Perhaps Richard Van Wasshnova (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Van_Wasshnova-1) may have additional information?

Thank you for your fast response, Justin. I'll check in with Richard. In the meantime I think I'll mark the FAG suggestion as false because I think the census data might be better than the unsourced FAG date.
