Noel Davis was born on 2 May 1885 in New Zealand. He was the son of Thomas Harrison Davis and Helen Tomlinson Corrigan.
He probably went to England with his parents, by 1896.
In the 1901 England and Wales Census, he was a visitor in a household at Winterbourne, Berkshire.
He passed away in 1917, aged 31, with his death registered in the 2nd quarter at St Albans, Hertfordshire.
