John B. Davis married secondly on 20 Apr 1826 in New Garden, Wayne County, Indiana to Lydia (Davis) Farmer [b: 26 Sep 1801 VA, daughter of Elizabeth (Huff) and William Davis]. Lydia was a second cousin, descended from Thomas Davis.
He died on 01 Aug 1884 in Wabash County, Indiana and was buried there.
