Biography

Mary was a Friend (Quaker)

Mary was born in 1741. She was a Quaker by birth, from Philadelphia. In Colonial Orange Co NC (now Alamance Co) she was attached to the Cane Creek Meeting House where on 2 April, 1763, she married William Joseph Moffitt.
