Biography
William was born in 1856. He was the son of David Davis and Sarah Harwell. He passed away in 1952. First-hand information as remembered by Kelly Naramore, Sunday, June 22, 2014.
The children of William and Lusinda were Sarah "Sallie", John Aaron Virgil, Martha "Mattie" Evelyn, Samuel "Sam", Mary Forrest "Heart", May Fleta, Minnie Lee, William Green "Gooder", Hobart Floyd and Duke Davis
They moved to Oklahoma for a time, and some of them returned to Alabama
Occupation: Cotton gin operator
He is buried at Old Flatwoods Cemetery, Flatwood, Walker, Alabama, USA
