Biography

Alfred James Davis, son of Elisha James Davis and Aurilla Short, was born on 29 Oct. 1862.[1]

He married Carrie Sylvia Brewer.[1] about 1883.[2]

He was a farmer when he and Carrie appeared on the census of 4 June 1900 at Chatham Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.[2]

Alfred died in Nov. 1916 and was buried at Middlebury Union Cemetery, Middlebury Center, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. His memorial has links to those of family members. [1]
