Biography
Chesterfield "Chester" Davis, son of Greenwood and Polly (Elledge) Davis, was born on 19 May 1846 at Clark County, Illinois.[1]
He married Catherine Elizabeth Behner, daughter of Christian and Dorothea (Abel) Behner, on 13 Jan. 1866[1] at Clark County, Illinois.[2]
Chester died on 25 Jan. 1897 at Clark County, Illinois and was buried at Auburn Cemetery, Clark Center, Clark County, Illinois. His memorial has links to those of family members.[1]
