Matthew was baptised on 14 October 1706 in Woodstock, Windham, Connecticut, British Colonial America. His parents were Matthew Davis and Margaret Corbin.[1]

Mathew marriedAnn (Dana) Davis (1705-1762) on 17 November 1726 in Cambridge, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America.[2]

Matthew had the folowing child:

  1. Zerviah Davis

He died in 1738 in Pomfret, Windham, Connecticut.
