He became the second husband of Gertrude "Gertie" (TURCK) PIETZ b=19 Dec 1877 in Forest City, Meeker County, Minnesota. They had 4 children including a son Benjamin Franklin "Frank" DAVIS b=1916 d=1988 ^[2] m1=Dorothy Cecelia WILSON m2=MILLER.
