Mary was living when the Will of her husband (Samuel Burks) was probated on 12 Feb 1756. She died sometime after that date.
Research Notes
I've seen Ancestry records showing her married to both Samuel Burke and Robert Pollard. The Robert Pollard marriage is also listed on Find-a-Grave[1][2] and Samuel Burke marriage is listed on "Virginia, Select Marriages."[3] One possible child of the Davis/Pollard match-up is Ann "Mary" Pollard.[4]
