Scarritt to Kansas City, her former home, for burial. Mrs. Scarritt, 84, died late yesterday. She suffered a severe fall several weeks ago and had been ill since. She had been living with a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy McKibbin of Santa Fe. Two sons, William H. and Arthur Davis Scarritt, both of Kansas City, and a nephew, Ed Scarritt of the Albuquerque Journal's editorial staff, are among other survivors."
