Nancy (Davis) Funmaker was a Native American and member of the Ho-Chunk tribe.

Nancy was born on 16 Aug 1915. "She was the youngest daughter of Black White Eagle (White Blackhawk), a prominent Sky Clan medicine man who took great pride in his knowledge of herbal medicine." (Funmaker, vi)

Her son Wally Funmaker says, "Night Walker married an Eagle Clan woman whose name was 'Cloud Visitor'." (Funmaker, vi)

She passed away about 1979. Wally Funmaker says, "Shortly after the death of Black White Eagle, my mother, Cloud Visitor, died. Again, Walking Soldier came forward to take part in the funerary rites. After the usual mourning period of a year, I returned to Graduate School ..." (Funmaker, vii)
