Could the Hezekiah Davisson who wrote his will in April 1794 been a brother, another son?

This Hezekiah was married to a woman named Ann and had young children (he's concerned about their education): Ithamar, Margaret, Lusinda, Elizabeth

Davisson-81 and Davison-3027 appear to represent the same person because: Davisson with two S's is the spelling I have found so far. Clear duplicates.
