In the matter of the Administration of the Estate of Haner Day, Before J. B. Connelly, Probate Judge,
M.T. Bynum being sworn doth say: That Haner Day late of said County, is dead, without leaving and Will and Testament; and that M.T. Bynum is the proper person entitled to Letters of Administration on the Estate of the said Haner Day.
Further. That the value of said estate so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application is about $500.00, and that M.T. Bynum, Martha Bynum, J.R. Washam, Sallie Washam, Malinda Gudger, R.L. Gudger & Epsie Freeze, James Loftin & wife Victoria Loftin & Elizabeth Day, Nancy Day & minor heirs of Julius Day are entitled as heirs and distributees thereof.
