Biography
Cecelia was born in 1883 in Alabama[1]. She was the daughter of Ambrose Day and Mary Woodham.
In 1908 she married George Washington Davis[2]. They had 6 children:
Aaron Preston
Alfus Day
Henry Grady
William Vester
Lessie Florence
Carlos Jefferson
In 1910 they were living in Hart, Alabama[3]. In 1920 they were in Green Bay, Alabama[4], and in 1930-40 in Florala, Alabama[5][6]. In 1950 they were living in Lockhart, Alabama[7].
She passed away in 1962 in Alabama[8] an is buried in Babbie, Alabama[9].
