Biography

Edward was born 18 December 1897 in Glenn Hazel, Pennsylvania, the son of Arthur DeGaine and Eugénie Truchon.

Sometime between 1910 and 1915, the family moved to Salamanca, NY, as evidenced by the 1915 New York State Census[3]
