William and Jerusha sold for $382 a parcel of land in Pultney, part of lot 35 in township 6 range 2 in Steuben Co., NY, beginning at the SE corner of the lot running north 2 degrees east along the east line 34 chains and 21 links, thence N 48 degrees W 14 chains and 20 links thence south 2 degrees W 35 chains and 21 links to the S line of the lot thence S 88 degrees E along the line 14 chains and 20 links to the place of beginning containing 50 acres of land surveyed in 1812. Signed by William, Jerusha, and Josiah De Lap and John Juliet. Appears to have been sold to William Jevus (last name unclear)
It appears that his land in Steuben Co., was seized by the sheriff and recorded on 24 Apr 1815.
