Biography

Francis was born in 1913 in Plattsburgh, New York. He was baptized on January 4, 1914 at St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh. His godparents were Lawrence Pontbriand and Beatrice Millette. He is the son of Antoine Pontbriand and Marie Philomene Millette. On the 28 October 1983 an Annulment was granted by the diocese of Manchester, New Hampshire.
