Biography
When Rebecca DeROSSETT was born on March 11, 1822, in Roane, Tennessee, her father, John, was 32, and her mother, Martha, was 32. She married Henry SCROGGINS on January 20, 1847, in Polk, Missouri. They had seven children in 17 years. She died on June 12, 1906, in Polk, Missouri, having lived a long life of 84 years, and was buried there.
