Val, you are now a member of the WikiTree Community! Please remember that we are trying to build one Collaborative Global Family Tree which means only one profile per person. It is important to ensure that no duplicates are created and profiles are properly sourced.

To help you get started, we have an introductory WikiTree video.

For a list of Member benefits, see the Community Members page.

We also have a Mentor Team who will be glad to answer any questions.

Thank you for volunteering and welcome to the tree.

I am committed to the idea of working together to find our roots. I know that we are all related and part of the human family. The mission statement speaks to me too! I volunteer to help anyone in any way I can. We are all in this together.

Welcome as a guest to WikiTree! We're growing a FREE worldwide family tree, striving for ONE collaborative profile for every person.

A couple suggestions to get you started:

1. Feel free to ask a question at our G2G forum .

2. Our help pages, top right, have all sorts of useful information.

If you would like to contribute, click the volunteer button and leave a comment here on your profile to let our greeters know. You should include a little bit about how you plan to contribute to the tree.

Good luck growing your branches, and thanks for offering to help with our shared tree :)
