Drake-2234 and Vexin-9 appear to represent the same person because: Drake-2234 is part of a fabrication in which French names (Gauthier) were given the English equivalent (Walter) and the surname Drake added. The two are really the same person, and merging them will resolve the fabrication for this generation.
Considering that his wife was born in 920 and his father was born in 898, Walter was not born in 956. c920 would be more reasonable, but then his mother's DOB would be unreasonable.
De GOUY-3 and Vexin-9 appear to represent the same person because: Looks like same wife also need merge Anjou-8 with De_Vexin-27 (wife) , Meulan-24 with unknown-83472 ( mother), and unknown-83471 with Cambrai-31 and De_Gouy-4 ( father)
