Biography
Philip Alexius de Laszlo was born on 30 April 1869 at Budapest, Hungary. 2 He married Lucy Madeleine Guinness, daughter of Henry Guinness and Emmelina Brown, in 1900. He died on 22 November 1937 at age 68. He held the office of PRBA. He held the office of RSPP. He was a portraitist. Philip Alexius de Laszlo used the pen-name of Philip de Laszlo. He was invested as a Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.). He was invested as a Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.). He was naturalized as a British citizen in 1914

Lucy Madeleine Guinness and her twin brother Richard Noel were born on 22 December 1870 in Stillorgan, Dublin, their father, Henry, was 41 and their mother, Emmelina, was 41. She married Philip Alexis Laszlo in 1900 in Rathdowney, Laois. They had six children in 11 years. She died on 27 December 1950 at the age of 80.
