She became an actress, using the stage name Peggy George, and is best known for the 1916 movie The Heart of Nora Flynn. In 1930 she married producer Bernard P. Fineman, with whom she had a daughter, Judith. They were divorced in 1937. Her second marriage was to Richard A. Miller in 1942.
In later years she was a fashion director for Bloomingdale's.
