Marie de Salins did not die at Beaubassin about 1615. She was the mother of Jeanne Motin de Reux who was born about 1615 in France and who was the 3rd wife of Charles de Saint-Etienne de la Tour. See DGFA p 1434
Merci Yvon! You're right. Marie had 4 more children after Jeanne's birth around 1615 and Beaubassin was founded around 1671. Stephen White in DGFA does not give a date or location for her death.
Thank you both for your notes, I checked the husband and he needed an adjustment as well. White does not say where he died, so I left it France and marked uncertain.
