Antonio de los Ríos Rosas is Notable.

Spanish politician. Degree in Law. Deputy in 1836 and from that date until his death he participated in almost all legislatures as a member of different moderate parties.He was Minister of the Interior during the Government of Espartero and O'Donnell. He also dedicated himself to diplomacy, being ambassador to Rome between 1859 and 1860. Queen Elizabeth II awarded him the Golden Fleece.
