Thomas T. Johnson married Debora Dean, daughter of James Dean and Nancy Jane Wilson, on 6 October 1836 in Bath County, Kentucky. The marriage was performed by Rev. Peter Hon. [1]
Her obituary was published on 3 Feb 1900 in Bath Co., Kentucky.[2] Mrs. Debora Johnson, aged 87, died at her home in the lower end of the county, adjoining the Bourbon county line, Saturday , of old age. She leaves four children-David, Mike and Thomas Johnson, of this county, and Mrs. Margaret Goodpaster, of Fayette. Mrs Johnson had been a member of the Christian church for many years and was a women much admired by her traits of character. The funeral was held at her late residence Sunday afternoon, services being conducted by Rev. Campbell, of the Somerset church, and burial in family burying ground near by.
