Mehitable was the daughter of Benjamin Deane and Sarah (Williams) Deane. She was born on 9 June 1697 in Taunton, Massachusetts.
She married Josiah Richmond as his first wife. They had several children.
She apparently was dead before February 5, 1745/6, when Josiah Richmond married for a second time.
