William Deane[1][2][3] was born after 1829. He presumably lived with his parents in Pembroke Street, in Cork, in 1837.[4] He presumably moved with his parents to Boulogne-Sur-Mer, Pas-de-Calais, France, circa 1848.[5] He met Colonel Tom Deane in Calcutta circa 1860.[6]
His father died 14 December 1878 at the approximate age of 78.
