Biography

Elisha was born in Pennsylvania in 1805, the son of Peter Decker and Hannah Schnuck. He married Margaret Duvall in Ohio in 1830. He passed away in 1881.

1. Further research is necessary. I don't believe these are the correct parents for Elisha.
2. There are 2 Elisha Deckers born about the same time, living in Ohio. One b. in Pennsylvania married to Margaret Duvall; Elisha Moses Decker b. in Ohio married to (1) Lucinda Graves, then (2) Margaret Thompson. Care should be taken.
3. The "x" on the children's list are confirmed children of Margaret Duvall.
