Obituary
Moran R. Decker, 53, formerly of Indiana County, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1969, at Norfolk, Virginia, where he had lived for the past 17 years. A son of Ford and Zerzah King Decker, he was born April 22, 1916 at Commodore. Mr. Decker was a member of the Baptist Church in Norfolk and a veteran of World War II. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk, Virginia.
