Biography
Henry Clay "Hence" Decker was born on December 11, 1859 in Brownwood, Brown County, Texas, United States. He is the son of John Fadler Decker and Susan Ivey.
He married Mary Susan Beauchamp on October 20, 1884 in Brown County, Texas.[1][2][3][4] They had twelve children; seven of whom did not live to adulthood.
Henry Clay passed away on January 5, 1916 in Oklahoma City, Canadian County, Oklahoma. He is buried in the Highland Cemetery in Durant, Bryan County, Oklahoma.[5]
