George William Decker was born on November 11, 1864 in Parowan, Iron County, Utah Territory, United States. He was the son of Zachariah Decker and Nancy Bean.
He married Orpha Amelia Bayles on March 13, 1887 in Parowan.[1][2][3]
He passed away at an age of eighty-two on December 30 1946 in Cedar City, Utah. He is buried in the Cedar City Cemetery.[4][5][6]
