Biography
Amelia Decker was born ca 1823, possibly in Rocky Harbour, Newfoundland. She was the daughter of James Decker and Elizabeth Payne[1].
Amelia married John Roberts, of England, ca 1840, and had as many as 13 children with him in Bonne Bay[2]:
