Biography

Vivian Bertram Decker was born on April 21, 1891 in Parowan, Iron County, Utah Territory, United States. He was the son of George Decker and Orpha Bayles.

He married Elsa Anderson on August 28, 1914 in Toquerville, Iron County, Utah.[1][2][3]

He served in World War II.

Vivian passed away at an age of sixty on November 12, 1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is buried in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.[4][5]
