The 1850 US Census shows the Adam Decker family living in Walker Township, Centre County, PA; Adam (age 55), farmer; Margaret (age 46); Jacob (24). "teacher;" John (22), "farmer;" Catherine (20); Samuel (17), "farmer;" Adam (15); Henry (13); Sarah (11); George (9); William (8).

The 1860 US Census shows the same family, in the same location; Adam (age 65); Margaret (age 56); Adam (age 24); William (age 17); Margaret (age 8); Sarah (age 21); Henry (age 23); Samuel (age 25).

The 1880 Census shows Sarah now married to Samuel Stamm, living in Logansville, Clinton County, PA; Samuel (age 45), "merchant;" Sarah (age 41) "keeping house;" Mary C. (age 13); Sarah D. (age 11); Bertha B., (age 5); Emma M. (age 4/12).

1900 Federal Census notes that Sarah had no stated paid occupation; children Sarah and Blanche were still living at home.

Husband Samuel is listed as a farmer and as a merchant grocery store. The census also notes that they own their own home. Everyone in the family could read, write and speak English.

The 1920 US Census notes that Sarah was then living with son-in-law Calvin Crawford Mizener's family.

DEATH AND BURIAL

Sarah died 09 Nov 1920 at Loganton, Clinton County and is buried at Fairview Cemetery, Loganton, Clinton County, PA.
