William was born on 6 October 1873. He was the son of Henry Deen and Mary Miles. [1]
When William was 22 he married May Belle Carter on 27 September 1896. The couple had 3 children: Paul Henry Carter Deen, Amorette Claire Deen and Myrtle Belle Deen.[2]
William died at the age of 88 on 4 February 1962 and was buried in Pellicer Creek Cemetery, St John's, Florida, USA.[3]
