Biography

Amy was born in 1549. She passed away in 1598.

There is no firm birth date for Amy, but she is mentioned in her father's will, which was dated 24 May, 27 Henry VIII (24 May 1535).^[1]

Amy is called Anne in the printed edition of the 1519-21 Visitation of Kent^[2] and by Douglas Richardson (who follows that Visitation in his list of children of her parents).^[3]Her father's will names her Amye^[1] as does a transcript of the record of her marriage to William Swann.^[4]

She passed away about 1598.
