William was born in 1843. He was the son of Charles Dehart and Nancy Conner. He passed away in 1861.
William joined the Confederate Army in Company H, 51st Virginia Regiment Infantry, formed in Patrick County. The company moved out in July of 1861 and William was dead four months later.[1]
