Mary E. Hudson, age 93, of Hammond, passed away Saturday, March 3, 1979, at Fuch's Nursing Home, Lowell. Survivors: two daughters, Mrs. Leila (Ralph) Appleman of Cape Coral, Fla., Mrs. Gladys (Melvin) Bossard of Crown Point; one son, Raymond (Dorothy) Hudson of Menasha, Wis., one brother, Henry Delaney of Hammond; three sisters, Mrs. Leta Cole, Mrs. Lillian Reinart and Mrs. Grace Brumm, all of Munster; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2 p.m. from the Merriam-Little Funeral Home, Crown Point, with Rev. Charles Groth officiating. Burial, Chapel Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home, Monday 7 to 9 p.m.

Mrs. Hudson was a lifetime resident of Lake County. Retired employee of the U.S. Postal Service.
