Biography
Eugenie Delgado was born in Kingston, Jamaica in 1878 to Eugene Delgado and Maria Louisa "Marie" DaCosta Delgado.
She married Charles Sidney Passailaigue Jr. 14 April 1897 in Jamaica: "MARRIED: PASSALAIGUE - DELGADO. On Wednesday the 14th April 1897 at Little Kirk, Kingston, by the Rev. McDowell, Charles Sydney, second son of Mr. C. S. Passailaigue." The couple had children Sidney Adelbert, Enid Flora Marion, Charles Clarence, and Kenneth Lewis "Willie" Passailaigue - all born in Jamaica.
Eugenie Delgado Passailaigue died in Jamaica 9 August 1918 at 39 years of age: ".. At her late residence "Kensington" on the Old Hope Road, Eugenie, beloved wife of CS Passailaigue.."
