My name is Myron Gail Dellinger. To my family I go by the name" Gail" but to others outside of the immediate family I am "Myron". I was born in Morley, MO, Scott County, at home. The Doctor was paid with proceeds from 5 gal. of Cane Syrup which my Father processed by his own hands. I moved to Illinois when I was about 3 years old and lived in Chatsworth, IL. As a child I moved very often since my Father was looking for work. At that time jobs were few and far between. I think I was in 4 different schools during the first grade. I graduated High School in Fairbury, IL in 1957. Married high school sweet heart Juanita Fern Wells august 14, 1960. Finished Trade School 2 years later and did a 2year stint in the US Army from 1962 to 1964. I have 3 Sons Kyle Jon, Thomas Paul and Christopher Lee. All are still living and in Ohio with me. Juanita died in 1989 with ALS. She s buried in Fairbury, IL. Both my Father and Mother are buried there as well. I am retired today but worked from 1959 to 2002 in various position that took me to St Louis, Chicago, Columbus and finally Cape Coral, FL. All jobs were in the field of Transportation Management and Logistics. JOCK, my pet Jack Russell, I received for my 65th birthday has dies today. He was 110% Jack Russell but he was mine. RIP Jock.

Our 6th cousin, Kathy Gunter Sullivan, who is a certified genealogist, recently joined WikiTree and has done a lot of work on the Dellinger line, correcting errors and adding facts and sources. I've just been following her lead. We are lucky she joined WikiTree!
Nice to meet you, cousin Myron.

Thank you for volunteering to help us grow our worldwide tree by adding your branches.
WikiTree Help is filled with useful information you might want to review.
The more documents and sources, dates and locations you provide on the profiles you create, the stronger your branches will be.
If you're interested in old photos, we've just started a weekly photo contest.
Hope you enjoy WikiTree! :)
