Viola Delpt was born on June 30, 1879, in Kyles Ford, Hancock co., Tennessee.[1] She was the daughter of Abijah Christopher Delp (1859-1940) and Elona Dean (1859-1923).
She married James Alexander Evans on December 27, 1896 in Thornfield, Ozark, Missouri.[2] Children.
They were making their home in Arapahoe, Furnas, Nebraska, in 1910, with Lilly-12, Bessie-11, Robert-10, Boyd-8, and Earnest-6, in the home.[4]
She died on February 24, 1916, at the age of 36, in Arapahoe, Furnas co., Nebraska, and was buried in the Arapahoe Cemetery.[1]

She died of diabetes, dropsey & child birth in the Springfield Hosp. Her infant son died also.
